PHILOSOPHY

TO BE A WOMAN IS TO BE MYSTICAL.

I believe that being mystical is not about escaping reality, but learning to witness it. It is a way of living that does not need spiritual clichés, but an honest look at the everyday to find meaning in every gesture, in every cycle, and in every moment of presence.

LIFE GOES ON...
 SO DO WE.

Sometimes life goes on. And so do we. We keep fulfilling, caring, changing, responding to what is expected of us, moving by inertia in a routine that leaves us no room to breathe. We become spectators of our own days, executing tasks without presence, inhabiting roles that feel too tight for us. We have been so busy living, so focused on doing and sustaining, that sometimes we have forgotten the most important thing: witnessing our own life.

TAKING A PAUSE IS RECOGNIZING THAT THIS MOMENT MATTERS.

Pausing is not stopping life, but entering into it. It is the act of recognizing that, in the midst of everything that is happening, this moment deserves to be witnessed. Taking a pause is the first step to recovering the meaning of what we are living.

THE SACRED DOES NOT ONLY HAPPEN IN GREAT MOMENTS.

It happens at the kitchen table, in the gesture of lighting a candle, in the calm of writing a letter, in the beauty of fresh flowers, or in the act of preparing food slowly. The everyday becomes sacred when we decide to be present in it.

THE SACRED DOES NOT ONLY HAPPEN IN BIG MOMENTS.

The kitchen table, the light coming through the window in the morning, the candle lit while you write a letter, the fresh flowers you chose for yourself, the aroma of food cooking over low heat. We don't need major milestones to experience fulfillment.

The everyday becomes sacred when we decide to be present in it.

SOMETIMES WE NEED A LANGUAGE FOR WHAT WE ARE EXPERIENCING.

Choosing a tool is validating your own experience. Ceremonial elements act as anchors that bring us back to the present and help us give a name to the invisible.

BEING MYSTICAL IS NOT ABOUT BECOMING ANOTHER WOMAN.

You are the woman who feels, who intuits, who celebrates, and who cries; the one who begins again when something ends. Being a mystic is not about escaping your reality, but inhabiting it with a different perspective. Beneath the roles you play, there still exists a woman with her own inner life, deep and vibrant, waiting to be recognized.

Mother, Daughter, Partner,
Professional, Caregiver.

Ser Mística was born to create a space where you can reconnect with yourself. Through symbols, questions, ceremonies, and experiences, I invite you to pause and look closely at the life you are living: your cycles, your bonds, your changes, your beginnings, and also what you are leaving behind—not to find a single way to be a woman, but to discover your own.

Because there is something deeply sacred in recognizing who you are, where you are, and what this moment in your life means.
